Your order will be made by hand in our small studio in Germany. We need up to 5 working days for this before your jewelry is shipped.
You will then receive a separate email with the shipment tracking for your order as soon as it has been dispatched.

Within Germany
between 1-3 business days.

Within Europe
between 5-7 business days.

Worldwide
between 7-15 business days.

If your jewelry hasn't been dispatched yet, that's no problem. If it is already on the way to dispatch, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Outside Europe, depending on the country of destination, import or customs duties may apply. The shipping costs do not include duties and taxes, which may be additionally levied upon importation. These must be borne by the buyer himself.

Your order can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
