Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that all jewelry must comply with our returns policy below.
Unfortunately, once the 14 days have passed, we can no longer accept the return. The refund will be made via the original payment method.

No right of withdrawal for personalized jewelry:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to our handmade jewelry that is not prefabricated and for the production of which the personal needs of the consumer are decisive, such as the length or the individual name of our bracelets. (cf. § 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB). There is therefore no right to revoke a concluded contract and return the goods.

RETURN POLICY
- Please contact us by email to announce the return
- Please make sure that the jewelry is still in its original condition and packaging
- Jewelery that is damaged, soiled or can be proven to have been worn will not be taken back
- Please note that personalized pieces cannot be returned
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been stolen or lost during shipping
